SecureDocUK is built and run by Andras Mezofi, a working Deputy Security Operations Manager and Control Room Supervisor. Every template in the library comes out of real operational experience — running sites, supervising officers, managing a control room and dealing with the paperwork when it actually counts.
Why I built SecureDocUK
The honest version: I went looking for decent UK-specific, BS 7499-aligned security templates and couldn't find them anywhere. What was out there was either generic American admin paperwork, or "security" templates clearly written by someone who'd never worked a shift in their life.
So I built my own — properly, from scratch, the way the documents are actually supposed to work on a real site. Incident reports that stand up to scrutiny. Assignment instructions an officer can actually run a site from. Risk assessments that satisfy an ACS auditor. Then I tidied them up and made them available to everyone else who'd been hitting the same wall.
Built on standards
Everything is aligned to the standards the UK industry actually operates under — BS 7499 for static guarding, SIA-style recording, ACS-ready documentation, and GDPR / DPA 2018-aware handling of personal data. They're professional starting points designed to be adapted to your own site and policies, not legal advice.
